Delighted to say that this lovely lady has found her forever home 😍

She's prompted lots of conversations over the last few days, hanging in Maelstrom. The duality of our lives, the good with the bad, the exciting with the scary, the up and down.

I painted her as a representation of my mind on bipolar, and the tension between the two extremes.

I didn't know that I'd get hooked on drips, and soaking canvas. Or that yarn would become an important part of my practice. She taught me a lot about who I am as a person, and who I am as an artist. Thanks lovely!

Maelstrom is open until 4pm today, and tomorrow 10am-4pm.

Maelstrom is open! I can't really express how delightful it is to be at The Crypt, surrounded by my art with French radio playing. It's a wonderful time for reflection after the busy run up to the show.

I'm here 10-4 today, Saturday and Sunday. Do pop down!
