I’m getting this wildlife photography all wrong…

What a treat this project has been so far, working with Eastborough Traders (Scarborough) as part of their Destination Eastborough campaign.

Working alongside Totally Locally founder Chris Sands I’ve been capturing those at the heart of the street.

Big personalities and huge passion for what they do, and their vision for their street has made this a dream photo job. There’s still more to capture, but already looking forward to sharing.

Funded by the Vibrant and Sustainable High Street Fund.

It's hard to believe Scarborough Open Air Theatre's final show for 2026 was a month ago.

This year I was lucky to be part of the team, working on 16 of their 28 show run. Working alongside Rhodes Media for fast turnarounds for social and PR, plus the wider marketing team for longer term photo assets helping promote next season's sales.

There are some great people involved - those you see in this picture are just a tiny part of a huge team that book, advance and deliver this great summer series.

Thanks to the C&T team for such a welcome and making it a great summer ☀️

Five back to back shows at Scarborough Open Air Theatre recently. Here's just one of them, Alanis Morissette performing to a capacity crowd of 8,000 fans.

As house photographer that day I felt lucky to be the only photographer working the show, better still with some stage access. Thanks Alanis & team! 🙏

That's a wrap for Forest Live 2026. Mixing live music, nature and photography is like a dream 🥰

A few changes for me this year with:

An extra forest to cover
Lots more drone coverage
Live edits/deliverables
Hybrid video capture for marketing teams
Walkthrough videos to highlight accessibility areas

Now back to Scarborough Open Air Theatre where I'm keeping my fingers crossed for more glorious sunsets 😎
