CAN YOU HELP ME? I'd love your honest opinion.
With only around 200-300 negatives digitised so far - out of an estimated 250,000 negatives in our archives, this really is a time consuming full time job - but sadly I'm only doing part-time.
However - I'm trying to understand why more people aren't currently purchasing prints on our website, or asking about purchasing photos etc.
People are loving seeing the photos, which is truly inspirational, but I'm surprised when people see photos they have never seen before of their own relations from years gone by, but don't ask if they can buy photos etc?
Is it because people don't realise they're available? Is it the price? Or do people simply enjoy looking at the archive without wanting to buy?
I realise that we live in a different time and a lot of people don't print anything anymore, but these photos are totally unique and look absolutely amazing once mounted and framed on a wall.
Anyway, it would really help if you could take 30 seconds to answer these 3 questions below. There are no wrong answers — and I won't be offended!
1. Before seeing this post, did you know you could purchase prints of photographs from the archive?
A — Yes, I knew
