I buy most of my clothes (and things for the home) second hand and I whenever I can, I choose good quality, ethically sourced food. Diet (and lifestyle) is, of course, key to longevity.

The old adage of 'You can't take it with you' has real resonance with me. Yes, I want to provide for my family, but moreover, I want to provide them with valuable experiences and empathy over anything else.
