Congratulations to my gorgeous friends who were married yesterday. I had the absolute joy of capturing their intimate ceremony with just immediate families and BFFs, before downing the cameras and joining them to party in the evening. Congrats my loves. 💕

On Saturday Alice & Callum were married in the most beautiful Italianate church in Wilton, with celebrations in a marquee in the garden to follow.

It truly felt like the most magical day - especially as we managed to dodge the rain showers to capture some beautiful photos with the church as our backdrop - I’m obsessed with that gorgeous light stone and those columns!!!

The rain came not long after we arrived back at home - which was the best possible timing so the guests were ushered into the marquee which had been dressed so beautifully with all the flowers by Alice’s Mum Jayne. She chose blush pink roses, peonies and astrantia. Just beautiful. And the wedding cake was made by Callum’s Mum so it was a truly personal day with love spun into each detail.

Witnessing these special moments I’ll admit I did get a little emotional; as I’ve known her & her family since she was just 16. So to capture this wedding was incredibly special for me. Thank you so much for having me you two 💖

Happy one week anniversary to these absolute beauties!!! Zoe & Mark were married at stunning a week ago and kicked off my 2026 season perfectly. The vibes were so chill, and it felt like an August day! If this day is anything to go by 2026 is going to be a good vintage!

Mother's Day.

Weddings are sometimes the only time we step in front of the camera together. And as there's an outsider documenting the day it allows everyone to be captured, on this one day. And it's an incredibly precious opportunity. I often hear people say 'Oh, my Mum hates having her photo taken', and often it's Mums who protest most about being photographed. Lots of us are more comfortable being behind the camera, but this makes my job all the more important, and even with the most reluctant I'll do my best to be a photo ninja and capture beautiful photos for you. After all, your wedding photos are more than just portraits of you and your partner, or photos of the ceremony. They're also about capturing everyone you love. And one day, the photos will be all we have.

After losing my Mum just as I was starting my photography business, capturing the beautiful moments & memories you and your Mum make on your wedding day took on a new meaning for me. My husband and I had fast tracked our wedding to ensure she could be with us, and aside from her belongings, our photographs were now all I had left of her. They are still my most precious possessions, and always at the forefront of my mind while I'm documenting your days.

Here are just a handful of moments I've captured of Mothers of the Bride or Groom over the years. These precious moments in time are a joy to witness, and a privilege to capture for you.

I hope you've all had wonderful days celebrating the Mums in your life. Sending love to all those who find Mother's Day hard, whatever the reason. And extra love to those going through their wedding & wedding planning without their Mum. xo

It’s ‘s open day this Sunday, the 25th January from 11am – 3pm!

I’m honoured to be one of the recommended photographers at this gorgeous, rustic space which is set in the most beautiful countryside, surrounded by incredible views of the Chalke Valley.

If you’re on the hunt for a relaxed wedding venue for your day, do come over this Sunday to explore this beautiful space for yourself. Open days are a great way to see a venue without the pressure of booking your own dedicated appointment plus there will be some excellent suppliers there too including the uber talented and the unflappable and amazing will be on hand to answer all your questions about the barn.

I’d love to see you on Sunday and answer any questions you’ve got about wedding photography, or just have a natter!

Having an open air first dance on a rooftop overlooking the beach? Such a vibe!

Here’s a snippet of Sophie & Jon’s highlight film which I shot between taking photos on the day. Just the most perfect, relaxed Spanish beach wedding.

Hard to remember what the sun feels like on these ‘twixtmas days isn’t it?! But this day, Sophie & Jon’s incredible day was a scorcher!

Here’s a snippet of their highlights film which I filmed between taking photos too. The sea was the most incredible backdrop for their roof top ceremony which was so personal, performed by a friend.

Afterwards the cold white wine flowed, and we mooched around the backstreets of Javea. Absolutely perfect.

I love an intimate legal ceremony. More & more couples are choosing to get married legally in advance of their big day so they have freedom and flexibility to choose where they want to get married (legal ceremonies have to take place in licensed venues) what elements they'd like to include in their ceremonies, and who they want to perform their ceremony.

Meg & Matt had their legal wedding in beautiful Lyme Regis a few weeks ago, with just their daughter Olive in tow, so naturally they followed their fast ceremony and signing with an ice cream, which the lovely folks .icecreams gave them as a wedding present! And didn't Meg look incredible in that sweet little white suit?

It was an honour to be a witness to their legal ceremony and sign the register, and when Matt asked who could be their second witness, my Dad (who by coincidence happens to live in Lyme Regis) happily came along too. This means the ceremony on their wedding day (which is tomorrow!) will be really special for everyone in attendance as it's the first time they'll hear them exchange vows. And there was no pressure about who to invite to attend the legal part.

So, have you ever dreamed of having your wedding somewhere special but it's not licensed? Or maybe you want your Mum/Auntie/BFF to be your celebrant? Perhaps you love the idea of running off for a legal wedding but still want to have a big shin dig later? Would you do the legal bit before?

Can't wait to see you tomorrow for the main event Meg & Matt!
