I’m delighted to be taking part in this year’s St Albans Visual Arts festival, as organised by the Collective Gallery! 🎨🖼️

This festival involves exhibitions, workshops and an art trail, where artists collaborate with local businesses to display their work.

A selection of my pieces will be on display at the fabulous Books On The Hill from 29th April to the 2nd May. Books On The Hill is the most beautiful shop that exemplifies all the charm and community of local independent retailers. 📚

I will then be taking part in a group exhibition at the lovely St Peters Church from 3rd -4th May.

I’m so excited to take part in a festival that’s celebrating local artists, businesses and the community in this way.

On the easel 🎨

First fully completed piece from my new studio space.

I wanted to get back into the swing of my painting practice with a composition that for me represents clarity and freshness. I also really enjoyed the contrasting hues and textures in this piece. 🍋
