📸 Taking Better Product Photography With Your Mobile Phone
Did you know you don’t need expensive camera gear to create strong, professional product photos? I mean it helps but here's a guide on how to get pictures with the kit that you have.

For the past few years I’ve been delivering talks at the fantastic Business & IP Centre in Leeds, helping start-ups and small businesses improve their photography.

After some brilliant feedback, one thing kept coming up…

So we expanded the sessions into hands-on workshops where the participants:

📸 Product Photography Workshop with BIPC Leeds

I’m really pleased to be delivering a hands-on product photography workshop for BIPC Leeds, as part of their Start-up & Grow programme supporting crafters and creators.

This 3 1/2-hour practical session is designed to help small business owners improve their product photography using the equipment they already have — whether that’s a smartphone or a DSLR. The focus is on creating clean, professional, studio-style images that help you showcase your craft with confidence.

We’ll be covering:
✔ Composition, exposure & colour balance
✔ Studio-style product photography on a budget
✔ Creative thinking, visual storytelling &Ai
✔ Insights into pricing, sourcing work & my creative process

📍 Please note: this funded workshop is open to Leeds City Council residents only and includes additional programme paperwork.
