Love this before and after…

It feels like you blink… and suddenly the tiny newborn you carefully wrapped in your arms is splashing away in the bath with the biggest smile.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is welcoming families back into the studio to celebrate these incredible milestones. Watching your babies grow from those sleepy newborn days into curious, giggling one-year-olds is such a privilege, and I never take it for granted.

Thank you to every family who chooses me to capture your story, from your very first cuddles to that exciting first birthday. Seeing familiar faces return year after year truly means the world to me.

There’s something so timeless about the simplest newborn poses. No elaborate props or busy setups—just your beautiful baby, captured exactly as they are in those precious first days. 🤍

And can we take a moment for those adorable little back rolls? They’re one of my favourite newborn details to photograph because they’re gone far too quickly. From tiny fingers and sleepy lashes to squishy cheeks and soft baby rolls, it’s these little features that you’ll want to remember forever.

Simple. Natural. Beautiful.

Because sometimes, less really is more.

These parent-led portraits are some of my favourite images to create. They focus on the connection between you and your baby—the tiny fingers, sleepy expressions, and the way they fit so perfectly in your embrace.

There is something so special about watching a family grow. 🤍
