Tom is on day 100! Selflessly helping his friend Jonno who has Muscular Dystrophy by completing 100 triathlons in 100 days to ensure his house can meet his needs and be made as accessible as possible, so Jonno can reamin at the heart of his beautiful family.

Jon has Muscular Dystrophy (MD). For those who don't know how this affects a person, Muscular Dystrophy has gradually caused Jon's muscles to weaken, particularly his legs, leading to an increasing level of disability. In Jon's case, he is very likely to be wheelchair bound by the time he's 35 - which is in just 6 years. Jon has a blog where he writes openly and honestly about living with MD.

Jon's home is currently inaccessible. With his bedroom and only bathroom on the first floor, Jon has to overcome challenges every single day to shower or take a bath - a problem which Jon's local council suggested he solve by driving the 1-hour round trip to his local swimming baths every day...

The beautiful whispy clouds draw your eye out to sea, making you wonder what is beyond?

'Bubbles on the beach'
Taken on a recent trip to
The stunning Tresaith waterfall can be found in on Tresaith beach. It was the first time I had seen a waterfall cascading into the sea and it truly was a sight to behold. It is well worth a visit. The iridescence of the bubbles adds to the amazing array of colours already naturally occurring in this scene. It's definitely one of my all time favourite shots.
