I’m honoured to have not one, but two paintings in this year’s Northants & Rutland Open Studios (https://nros.co.uk/) Central Exhibition at Lamport Hall

'Second Chance' and 'The Game Is Rigged' will somehow be holding their own among an extraordinary collection of work by some seriously talented artists. I’m incredibly lucky to be sharing the space with them.

'Second Chance' is taking a little longer than expected finish.

I seem to be able to work fast, frenzied, without thinking. But then need to slow down and tidy up rough edges. And that's what takes the longest!

I've made some very bold impasto marks and real paint drips... gotta give the paint at least 2 days to dry, then tidy up some edges.
