The Swimming Club Meet. This was taken at Terragal beach NSW Australia . ICM. So people have asked me what is ICM, Intentional Camera Movement (ICM) photography is an abstract style of shooting that has no rules, its your own style of Impressionism. A depiction of light in its changing qualities it can be taken with glorious Colour or Black and White. Its about taking photographs the way you want to do it and not the way you are expected to do it.
Its the viewers discretion.
Basically its like Marmite.

As photographers we always strive to create something different and i can truly say their is nothing better than a beautiful bride who participates in that creation.
Myself and partner experimented with all types of shots and the reason for this was that the Bride and Bridesmaids were ready on time.
All the weddings i have done through the decades, this was an actual first. ;-)

The Mirror.
This photo was taken by ,and the editing was done by myself. The great thing about having a two shooter wedding is the bride doubles her photo album and gets formal and candid.
Having a partner you can trust and who can trust you is so important, knowing all the photos are in the bag on such an important event.
This photo is a prime example. Only natural light was used coming through the window, its so important to get everything in camera but also knowing the settings that need to be used for this type of shot, Paul left me enough to crop for composition and turning it black and white but also trying to create CHIAROSCURO.

Nothing better than a two shooter wedding with photo partner . We had a great time taking the photos for this wedding. This is one of the houses owned by the marquis of Bute which was rented by the Bride & Groom for their special day. The bathroom was fantastic so we asked the bride if she was willing to get in the bath and without hesitation she was in, as you can see we laid all the brides and bridesmaid flowers on top, i balanced on the top of the bath and rapped of some shots.
I know that not all the angles are right and maybe a little bit of distortion but a photo hasn't got to be perfect to love it.

That's Amore. A normal Thursday afternoon walking through the rocks and saw this newly wed couple. It was just them and they decided to kiss in the middle of the crossing. I managed to get as low to the ground as possible, I rapped off about 3 shots in succession. I've tried to create a juxtaposition between the old family statue and the bride and groom, a story of new life a new beginning.

The people watcher. I really enjoy old buildings especially with texture or symmetry and even better with the odd chair on the balcony or someone watching you, watching them. It always peaks my interest, always worth a shot. South Australia. Adelaide.
