What is one healthy habit that you’re currently working on? 🤔
Do you remember my client Yvette? She was only drinking 2 glasses of water daily and was showing symptoms of dehydration. So her new habit is to drink a glass of water💧 in the morning before having breakfast.
To practice this new habit she gets a daily reminder within my app to prepare a glass of water (and 1 fruit 🍏 ) in the evening after having dinner.
So in the morning everything is ready and she doesn’t even have to think about it. This simple way to create a new habit has lead to great results: She’s been on a winning strike since day one - that’s 25 days in a row 👏🏻
