I always leave Durdle door thinking to myself, next time I’ll try this angle or a different height, or different time of day. I don’t think that I’ll ever get bored of photographing it.

2 Cove paradise - Durdle door and Man O’ War.

This image was taken as the sun was 20 minutes off setting, yet there was still ample light, for the turquoise waters to glisten.

Lulworth Cove.

If you look close enough, you can see the mist inland. This hot was taken before 7 am, which explains why it is so dark. Nevertheless, the turquoise waters are still rather inviting.

What a sunset at Durdle Door this evening.

The day began with a beautiful sunrise over Lulworth Cove and ended with this incredible scene—moments like these feel like a full-circle reminder of why I do this.

It’s experiences like this that keep fuelling my passion (or obsession) for aerial photography.

Lulworth Cove and Stairhole Cove - What a start to the day.

I’ve been wanting to capture the beauty of these two locations for quite some time, but the conditions had to be just right.
