There is around 52 billion single use face masks being manufactured each year, either the average weight of each single use polypropylene surgical mask being 3-4 grams we could be looking at around 4689-6240 metric tons of new marine plastic pollution!

You need to take action, give up single use face masks, start wearing reusable face masks out of clean recycled fabric, and wash them on a daily basis.💕🐢🌏🌊
