The Finale: Saving the best for last. 📸✨

To wrap up my series with the incredible Jessie Joan Bannon I wanted to share these final frames. If I’m being honest, the first photo in this post might be my favorite picture I’ve taken all year.

I am so incredibly happy with how this entire session turned out. We went from the gritty underground of the Dark Arches to the classic elegance of the Leeds arcades, and Jessie absolutely crushed every single vibe.

A massive thank you to Jessie—you were an absolute dream to work with and made my job so easy!

I’d love to hear from you all—which photo from the whole series was your absolute favorite?

Part 3: Arcades and Elegance 🏛️✨

For the next chapter of my series with Jessie, we stepped into the beautiful light of the Leeds arcades.

After the moody depths of the tunnels and the cozy bookstore stacks, it was amazing to capture Jessie Joan Bannon in this bright, grand setting.

I love the movement and energy in these shots—that skirt was made for this location! 💜🐍

Day two of my series with Jessie Joan Bannon takes us out of the shadows and into some of the city's most beautiful textures.

I love how the mood shifted when we hit the bookstore—there’s something about a wall of books and a green coat that just feels like a classic story coming to life.

We also found these incredible wooden doors that served as the perfect frame for Jessie’s energy.

Which "vibe" do you prefer: the moody tunnels from yesterday or the classic bookstore look from today? Let me know!

There’s something incredibly cinematic about the Dark Arches in Leeds. The echoes, the industrial textures, and those moody overhead lights—it was the perfect setting for my latest session with the brilliant Jessie

We spent some time capturing the contrast between the gritty architecture and the sharp fashion. This first shot is a personal favorite; it really captures the "hidden world" vibe of the location.

This is just the beginning of a series I’ll be sharing over the next few days. Keep an eye out for the rest!

Photographer’s Pride

As a photographer they say you shouldn't pick any favorites, but I’m making an exception. 📸✨

I recently had the pleasure of shooting with Jessie Joan Bannon, and this frame might honestly be my favorite photo I’ve taken all year.

There is something about the light and the mood here that just clicked perfectly, the way the light catches her curls and the expression in her eyes is really captivating

This is just the beginning! I’ll be sharing a full series from our session over the next few days, so stay tuned.

What do you think of this one? Let me know in the comments! 👇

Your bestie just asked you to be her Maid of Honor. 🥹✨

Zara + Lizzie = Bestie Goals. 🥀🖤

I love capturing these "extra" moments before the big day even starts!

The Dark Side has never looked so... plastic. 🧱🔴

Following up on my "behind the scenes" post, here are the final shots! It’s amazing how a few strategically placed Mouse lights and a bit of atmospheric flair can turn a 4-inch figure into the most imposing presence in the galaxy.

Vader is the ultimate subject for playing with light and shadow. I wanted to capture that silent, heavy intimidation he carries in the films.

Ps. I find your lack of likes disturbing 🤣

Who knew a computer mouse could hold the power of the dark side ? 🖱️🔴

I went to the Dark Side for my latest shoot with Lord Vader. I wanted that menacing red glow, but instead of fancy studio lights, I used the sensor on my computer mouse!

Paired my Nikon D3300 with the 50mm lens to get those crisp details on the Dark Lord. Check out the behind-the-scenes video to see how I pulled it off.

Gear used:
• Camera: Nikon D3300
• Lens: 50mm (Nifty Fifty strikes again!)
• Lighting: Red optical mouse sensor 🖱️

Proof that you don’t need a massive budget to get cinematic results—just a little imagination (and the Force). I will be doing the final edits soon.

How do you think they will look?

✨ Light Trails & Living Room Magic ✨

Last night was all about chasing the glow! I decided to push the limits of long exposure, and the results were a total blast.

🚗 Phase 1: Kippax After Dark

I spent some time out on the streets of Kippax, capturing the evening rush. There’s something so therapeutic about watching the world turn into ribbons of neon light. It’s amazing how a familiar road transforms once you leave the shutter open for a few seconds!

🌈 Phase 2: Home Studio (aka The Kitchen)

The real fun started when I got home. My daughter and I turned off all the lights, cracked open a pack of glow sticks, and went to town!

Seeing her face light up (literally) as we "painted" shapes in the air was the highlight of my week. It’s a great reminder that you don't need a fancy set to create something magical—just a camera, a dark room, and a little bit of imagination.

Which one is your favorite? The high-speed energy of the streets or the glowing chaos at home? Let me know in the comments! 👇

I love how the low-angle perspective makes this jump feel like it’s touching the clouds. The orange of the ball and rim really pop against that desaturated sky.

What do you think—does the moody weather add to the shot or do you prefer clear blue skies for sports? Let me know in the comments! 👇
