Good morning to you all, especially all of my lovely fans, happy Tuesday to you 😊

Remember the Swing Unlimited Big Band at Salisbury Cathedral from a couple of weekes ago? Well, they were playing again last Sunday to a much smaller crowd down at Fisherman'sWalk, between Boscombe and Southbourne.
There were people having picnics, people sharing a bottle of wine, people up dancing, and generally thoroughly enjoying the afternoons entertainment, fortunately for all, the weather stayed dry right to the very end, even the poached were enjoying themselves too

To celebrate the new show hosted by Hamza Yassin Photography last night, I give you an osprey that I photographed last weekend, this one was gaining some serious height on a thermal in preparation for its long migration back to overwinter in Africa, good luck osprey, hopefully you'll be back next year to raise some chicks 😀

If you love your birds of prey as much as I do, then make sure you watch Hamza on catch-up, what a totally awesome show!!
Throughout the show, I could literally feel small tears welling as Hamza talked in great detail and with such passion for these captivating, beautiful birds and the conservation projects which are desperately trying to protect them.

So, unfortunately, my morning has been cut short by a sudden downpour, so im back indoors with a nice strong coffee, pen and paper, and a babbling mind....

No, I'm not going mad (again😅), I'm thinking up a competition for the members of Avon Images Photography Group for next year, it's a monthly competition where there are 360 points up for grabs. The photographic topics will vary from one month to the next, it's open to mobile phone cameras, and normal cameras, it covers a whole range of subjects, and there may even be a b***y prize for the overall winner which I'll personally post out to the competition winner 🏆 😀
