Another shot from Whitby regatta weekend...

I'd planned to come out this night to take photos, however had problem after problem....

Firstly I couldn't get parked,
Secondly the fog meant the shots I was planning were out of reach.
Finally I'd left my Tripod which meant a lot of shots with diminished light was much more challenging.

Took this photo from Whitby a few weeks ago. Only just getting round to posting some photos now.

I was amazed last night by how fast the light changed... It changed from a fantastic vibrant orange to a pastel purple/blue/orange within minutes.

Perched up at my favourite spot on Saltburn Beach to catch the reflections in the water. Managed to capture this shot of a fantastic sunset and woman and her son were throwing rocks in the water in the background...
