Fantastic news, the brilliant McGillan & Woodell gallery in Ramsgate held a lockdown art competition and I have won a spot in an exhibition for next year along with 5 other amazing artists.

Well done Peter Saunders, Sharon Hendy, Molly Lambourn, Julia Rogers and Sue Ferrer and all that took part.

Preview evening tomorrow (Thursday 7th Nov) from 7pm. Please come along, all welcome.

Subconscious Images photographic exhibition will be on show at the Glass Jar, Marine Drive, Margate for the whole of November 2019.

The works presented by myself, Mel Chennell give an insight into a deeper self.

"I always felt as if it wasn't me who was taking and creating these images. It felt as if it was coming from another place within me. A place without thought, a place other than the mind."

This is where the images presented in this exhibition have sprung from.
