A big shout out to all the women that have been supported by a doula!
Cambs doulas have created a fund (Access Fund) to provide doula support to expecting and new mothers who are experiencing financial hardship. We know (and you know) that doula support makes a huge difference to the birth and parenting experience of the mother and their partner and we want this support to be available to everyone in Peterborough and Cambridge, regardless of their circumstances.
The Access Fund is funded from generous private donations which means that we need to raise money to provide support to these in needs. OUR POT IS ALMOST EMPTY AT THE MOMENT.
Can you help expecting mothers who are less fortunate than you to experience having a doula? Are you able to make a donation?
Would you add a couple of sentences to your own profiles or your own business contracts to help us to raise funds?

By raising money directly through bank transfers, we are not paying commission to e.g. 'go fund me' and every penny goes directly to supporting our target group.
