Ciara & James | Liverpool Town Hall

I’ve photographed at some incredible venues over the years, but Liverpool Town Hall is right up there. Every room feels more impressive than the last, and there are photo opportunities everywhere you look.
One of my favourite parts of the day was sneaking away for a few portraits down Castle Street. As Ciara & James walked through the city, people sat outside the bars and restaurants were clapping, cheering and shouting congratulations from both sides of the street. Not something you get at every wedding, but it definitely added to the atmosphere.
A cracking day with two lovely people. 🍾

Sian & Aaron | Broadoaks

One of those weddings where there was always something going on to photograph.
From the morning preparations, it was obvious how much Sian’s bridesmaids mean to her. Plenty of laughs, plenty of support, and a few emotional moments mixed in along the way.
The speeches brought more of the same, with stories that had people laughing one minute and wiping away tears the next.
Then the evening arrived and things stepped up a gear. With a saxophonist leading the way, the dance floor was packed all night and easily one of the best I’ve seen. The kind of dance floor where every time I thought I’d captured enough, something else happened.
A brilliant day for two lovely people at Broadoaks.

Ciara & James | Liverpool Town Hall

I’ve photographed at some incredible venues over the years, but Liverpool Town Hall is right up there. Every room feels more impressive than the last, and there are photo opportunities everywhere you look.
