Jaiden had dreamed of Cornwall long before she ever stood here. She grew up oceans away, imagining rugged cliffs, ancient magic and salt in the air, never knowing that one day this place would not only become part of her life but part of her love story. Then she met Tommy. Proper Cornish, rooted in this land, steady and kind, and somehow exactly the missing piece she had been dreaming of without even realising it.
Their wedding day could not have been more Cornwall if it tried. Blustery, wild, and utterly breathtaking. The kind of day where the weather feels alive and determined to join in. Rain sweeping through, sunlight breaking through clouds for moments of gold, waves crashing so loudly you could almost feel them in your chest. We darted outside between showers, laughing, clutching dresses, hair flying, embracing the chaos because that is where the magic always lives. Those are the moments I love most. When nothing is staged or perfect, but everything feels real and full of spirit.
There were touches of Narnia threaded gently through the day. A sense of stepping into another world, one edged with imagination, wonder and a quiet flicker of enchantment. Cornwall has that same otherworldly feeling. Ancient, story soaked, always humming with something unseen. Watching Jaiden marry Tommy here felt like the land itself wrapping its arms around them, welcoming her into the place she had adored for so long.
Their day felt like a homecoming, a love story, and a coastal fairytale all woven together with wind, laughter, and that fierce Atlantic energy. Wild hearts, crashing waves, and a love that feels beautifully rooted both in people and place. Honestly, it was everything I adore about Cornish weddings. A little raw, incredibly soulful, and completely unforgettable.
