Simple, beautiful and powerful 🤍

Maternity photoshoots don't have to feature a gown or a crown. If you prefer we can work with beautiful fabrics and get creative with the lighting instead.

I absolutely love this image but I couldn't decide if it should be black and white or colour - so I did both! Which do you prefer? Dramatic black and white or natural colour? Let me know in the comments 🤍

If you have been for a shoot with me you will know this is my favourite part of a cake smash! I would love to know which of these images are your favourite in the comments 🤍

Why book a cake smash and splash?

-Most babies love bath time, i'm yet to meet one that doesn't enjoy having a splash and being covered in bubbles! That's how we get these gorgeous smiles!

-Yes it's a real bath and yes it real water and real bubbles!

- This is all included in the session fee, there is no extra charge and BONUS you get to take you baby home nice and clean (and very sleepy!) You're welcome.

Cake Smash! 🤍

Why book a cake smash and splash?

- Now - I'll level with you. Not ALL babies want to eat cake, smash cake, touch cake or even sit anywhere near a cake! But I have lots of little tricks to get us through, so if you like the sound of this session but worry your one year old won't play ball - don't! I got you.

- More often than not baby won't have had anything too sweet yet! The beauty of this part of the session is not the eye contact or smiles we already photographed with the Portraits, this is ALL about the expression when they taste something new!

- Don't want baby eating sugar? I am SO open to your ideas (within reason!). Instead of a cake we could do pineapple, berries or anything that baby has newly discovered to eat and is loving!

- If all else fails we can use a wooden cake!

Why book a cake smash and splash?
- The first year flies by! Not only is a cake smash a lovely way to remember your cutie at this age, it's also a celebration of you and how far you've all come in a year! Aim to book me in when baby is around 10 months old 🤍

- Let's play dress up! Let's face it, dressing these babies up in cute outfits is what we live for! We start our shoot with a formal outfit of your choice (or 2 in this case!) before we get messy! I always send lots of shopping inspo for you to look through and choose from🤍

- Variety - With my vintage Vilac car, my little wooden sofa, rocking horse we get lot's of different looks! 🤍
