💜 To every military partner who's pregnant while your loved one is away...

I see you.

The excitement of preparing to meet your baby can be mixed with so many emotions when your partner is serving in the Navy, Army or RAF.

Counting down the days.

Hoping they'll make it home in time.

Trying to stay positive while quietly worrying about the "what ifs."

Attending appointments alone.

Decorating the nursery.

Feeling incredibly proud of what they do, while also wishing they could be there for every little milestone.

It's not easy.

Whether your partner is deployed, away on exercise or simply working long periods from home, pregnancy can sometimes feel lonelier than you ever imagined.

If this is your story, I just want you to know that your feelings are completely valid.

You're doing an incredible job.

And when your little one arrives, those first precious days deserve to be remembered—whether you're celebrating together or counting down until your family is reunited.

Every tiny finger.

Every sleepy yawn.

Every cuddle.

Every little detail becomes part of your family's story.
