🌹 SNEAK PEEK: Beside the Roses…🌹

Tonight, Beside The Seaside Photography took a little detour from the beach to capture absolute magic in the Southsea Rose Gardens and Rock Gardens!

I met up with the wonderful Lucy and her beautiful son and daughter for a gorgeous, golden hour family photography session.

Mum was a little worried at first that the children wouldn't "play ball" for the camera... but I think this reel is about to prove otherwise! 😉✨

I spent my morning at the .lido open day, and honestly, I couldn’t be prouder of myself. I managed 8 lengths in 16.1°C water! It was a "tad" cold to start (to say the least!), but I feel completely invigorated.

Then a lovely sauna afterwards 🥰 also met and chatted to some wonderful people ( Paul & Danielle 👋)

​There’s a quote that’s sticking with me today:

“A bird sitting on a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking, because her trust is not on the branch but on her own wings.”

​Today was about more than just a swim; it was the start of a new season. After a challenging time, life is feeling very good indeed.
