This is the beach in my hometown in Ireland. I love it because every time I'm there it appears to be different. The weather constantly changes, the colours and mood never repeat themselves.
That unpredictability is relevant to wedding photography and engagement shoots, too. I never know what is going to happen and I have to be prepared for that. It keeps me on my toes and keeps my job interesting. I love that element of my work so much.

A common question couples ask is, 'How does an engagement shoot work?'
It's as simple as a walk in the park, quite literally!

We find a gorgeous location with no bystanders and have a laugh whilst enjoying the surroundings. My work can't take place unless everyone is at ease, so this is the easiest way to make that happen. Don't they look beautiful!
