📍 End of an Era in Porthcawl 💔

Gutted to hear Mama Fran’s has closed at the Airstream outside Fairways. Anyone who met Fran knows how much love, energy and heart she poured into that place — it wasn’t just ice cream and coffees, it was a proper community hub.

From charity events to Elvis shows, dog shows, and milkshakes that hit the spot every time — Fran made that place what it was.

I had the pleasure of capturing some drone shots for her two years ago and that place, with that view, had something special — but only because she made it that way.

A sad ending, but a legacy that won’t be forgotten ❤️

Rhossili Bay & Worm’s Head from above – pure coastal magic ✨
Yesterday’s conditions were spot on for capturing one of Wales’ most iconic spots — and Rhossili didn’t disappoint!

From the rolling patchwork fields 🌾 and cliffside trails 🏞️ to the sweeping sands 🏖️ and that legendary view of Worm’s Head 🐉 stretching into the sea — this place is unreal from the sky.

One of the best coastal drone flights I’ve done yet! 🚁

📸✨ One moment, one crew – captured from above!

On the 1st of August 2024 at 18:24pm, I had the privilege of photographing the RNLI Port Talbot’s volunteer team for their commemorative photo. This special moment is part of the nationwide event, One Moment for One Crew, celebrating the RNLI’s 200th anniversary. Here’s my drone/arial shot below!

Volunteers across the UK and Ireland participated in this event to create a photographic record of those involved with the lifesaving charity, which was founded in 1824. This photo was taken with two drones, each at 100ft, symbolizing 200 years of saving lives at sea.

A big shoutout to the dedicated volunteers at Port Talbot RNLI and thanks to Steve Hall for the stunning accompanying photo which you can see on the RNLI page! Here’s to and many more years of lifesaving!
