RESCHEDULING POLICY:
Each session includes one permitted reschedule. Any rescheduling beyond the first will result in the forfeiture of the initial deposit, and a new deposit will be required to confirm and secure a new session date. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before the session will automatically forfeit the original deposit. STUDIO POLICY:
Mobile phone use for photos a
nd video recordings is NOT permitted during sessions. You (the client) herby give permission to Natalie's Captures to use your name and photographic likeness for advertising, exposition displays. trade and any other lawful purposes. As a guardian / parent of any children/child under the age of 18 you approve of this on their behalf. Natalie's Captures understands that some clients may not wish to have their images displayed for public viewing and will respect these wishes if notified before the photoshoot has taken place. All packages will include and are delivered as an online personal gallery which you will receive via email. Time frame from session to receiving the email/link is two weeks. Pictures are ONLY allowed to be reproduced if you have my print release permission. No Refunds are offered for digital downloads. A maximum of two adults can attend the photoshoot and only the child/children that are being photographed
For cake smash shoots the cake must be supplied by you (the client) for allergy reasons. Natalie's Captures will not be held liable if your child should become ill after the cake smash has taken place. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the outcome of your photoshoot a reshoot or session refund (minus the deposit) will be offered as long as no images from that session have been downloaded and/or purchased. All pictures Remain the property of Natalie's Captures
