Congratulations to this truly beautiful couple!!

What a glorious wedding this was yesterday 😍 Filled with so many emotional moments, lots of happiness and love and even more laughter! Just a dream day.

It has been a great pleasure getting to know you over the last 18 months, and being welcome into your wedding day like an old friend 🥰 Thank you, to you both, as well as your guests !

I'd also like to thank you all for your patience and assistance with my voice... from it's comical husky tones, to the occasional lack of volume (something I don't normally struggle with!) 😅

I wish you both a lifetime of happiness and continuous laughter 🥂

And just like that, it's Half Term...
I swear they only just went back!! 😅

There is a lot going over the next 2 weeks, which luckily includes family visits that will also be helping out with childcare so I can still carry on editing away at the editing backlog from a busy summer! 🥰

There's also my biggest baby's birthday, so baking, party planning and organising her birthday chaos and memory making 🤪

A Wedding, studio shoots and a Wedding Fair.

And somehow find some time to spend with my own husband too... maybe 🤣

This chatty photographer has lost her voice!!! 😬🤐

Talk about spicing things up. Turns out when you can't talk, the kids listen more! Who knew!? Luckily the years of road safety meant we all survived the school run. 🤣

However... I have a large wedding to shoot in just TWO days! 🙈

Pleeeeease come back voice!

I will still attempt the phonecalls due today, but please go easy on me 😅

Are these not the moments you want to look back on when they're all grown up and moving out. When you feel like this was just yesterday, yet it's a distant memory, and all you have of these days are photos to remind you how tiny they really were?

This is the just very beginning of one hell of an adventure!! The best, hardest and most rewarding thing you can do all at once. Capture it.

It goes without saying to always be kind, you never really know what people are going through and a small act of kindness could be enough to really make a difference to them. And wrote this to let you know I'll always be there for you! Me and the girls give a great cuddle too ❤️

I will always be there for you. Whoever you are. If you're in a dark place, I have been there, so I totally understand. You don't even need to ask for help, I know that's the hardest part when you're down. Just a cuppa, a chat with someone, a play date with my kiddos to give you a minute to process.

This year has been a big year for me, a lot of personal growth, counselling and looking after my own mental health. I have found so many amazing people over the years that support me, love me for who I am, and who I'm growing to be too.

There is no easier way to say it...

I've seen so many parents commenting about their children's school photos recently.

Ties sitting wonky, sensory needs not being met, little ones who don't want to look at the camera, or those awkward smiles for a stranger they've only known for about 60 seconds…

So, I've decided to offer a little something different… time and space!

Why 20 minutes?
Because children deserve more than a quick-fire photo session.

They deserve time to settle in, get comfortable with me and their surroundings, and have a little fun along the way.

There's no pressure to perform, no expectation of a perfect smile, and no need to rush. Just time and space for your child to be themselves. 🥰
