Well, another year gone and another birthday for me at kc photography (12 years on Saturday 12th of April) and very possibly my last. I really hope it's not.
I really didn't want to do this, but I had to make the heartbreaking decision on Saturday the 12th, and it's taken me a few days to come to terms with it myself to post it on my page :(
I'm absolutely heartbroken having to type this 💔. Nothing has been the same for me since covid and everything else after that i.e. my health and wellbeing and loads more things. It's just one thing after another, and I can't take the pressure anymore.
Trying to run a business is hard work and letting it go is even harder 😪 .
Kcphotography is now closed until further notice. I will do the shoots I have booked in, but that's it for now, no more bookings will be taken. It's time to move on to new things and earn a weekly wage to help pay the ever-increasing bills.
I will keep my page and share some images of nature etc. I have lots to share. I can't let go of photography. I will always be out and about with my camera. Photography is my everything. No matter what I do, I will always love taking photos.
I'm so thankful for the 20 years I've had in the photography world and 12 years running my own business. I've met some absolutely amazing people along the way, and I'm truly grateful to you all ❤️ Thank you to every person I've ever worked for and everyone who's recommended me to their friends. It's been a blast, and I've loved every single minute of my work life with you all.
I know some of you are my regular clients, (you know who you are) and this might upset you, but trust me, it's upsetting me more. I will always be here for you.
I'm leaving the door ajar for now and if I reopen you will be the first to know.
Thank you to all my amazing clients for the best 12 years of my life ❤️.
I hope you stick around and enjoy the images of our beautiful world I will be sharing on my page from now on. I might do the odd freebie too. I have hundreds of digital images I can create and share with you all.
If you have any questions please feel free to send me a message.
