We are officially less than a week away from our first ever FREE photo walk (20th June)

A solo test of the full route and also regular weather checks via Met Office will take place in the week just before the walk to ensure that everything is in order and you have the best experience.

We also add that if you wish to sign up we recommend you do so ASAP. (Deadline: 19th June)

We are just under TWO WEEKS away from our FIRST photo walk on Saturday 20th June, and we still have plenty of free spaces up for grabs!

📍 The Route:
We’ll be meeting up at the Royal William Yard gate. From there, we’re taking a slow scenic route through Devil's Point and Millbay, working our way all the way over to the Barbican. It’s a brilliant stretch for capturing a mix of historic buildings, sea views, and urban shots.

Whether you’re shooting on a proper camera or just your smartphone, this is a completely relaxed, friendly space to get out, snap some photos, and chat with other creatives. No experience needed, absolutely no pressure, and completely free to join.

Brilliant sunny afternoon down at the Barbican and the Hoe today catching some fresh portraits for Joe. Plymouth was absolutely showing off for us, and the shots came out incredibly crisp! Massive shoutout to Joe for absolutely smashing it behind the lens.

The Creative Soul of the Barbican.
Robert Lenkiewicz (1941-2002)

Here is a closer look at the remnants of Robert Lenkiewicz’s iconic Elizabethan mural. Painted in the 1970s, this massive 3,000 square foot piece didn't just depict history Lenkiewicz used the faces of real Plymouth locals, eccentrics, and street dwellers to bring it to life.

Decades later, even as the paint fades, it stands as a powerful reminder of the raw creativity and bohemian spirit he brought to the city.
