Pull Up A Chair - Episode 4: Vulnerability and Community
A year ago, I wasn t in a great place.
Like a lot of people, I kept things to myself. I smiled, carried on, and convinced myself I had to figure everything out alone.
But hereās what Iāve learned...
Healing doesnāt always come from having all the answers. Sometimes it begins by finding the right people.
This morning I joined an incredible community of people who came together to run, swim, laugh and simply enjoy life. It reminded me how powerful it is to surround yourself with people who encourage you, support you and want to see you become the best version of yourself.
Being vulnerable isnāt weakness.
Itās having the courage to admit you re struggling, to ask for help, and to let people walk alongside you while you find your way again.
If youāre feeling lost right now, my encouragement is simple...
Take that first step.
Join the running club.
Go to the community event.
Start the conversation.
Say yes to something new.
You never know who youāre about to meet or how much it could change your life.
Healing didnāt happen because someone fixed me. It happened because I stopped trying to do everything on my own.
If this episode helps just one person feel a little less alone, then putting myself out there is worth every second.
š¤ Pull Up A Chair - Episode 4: Vulnerability and Community is live now.
Thank you to everyone at and to everyone who unknowingly helped me find myself again.
