I have one of those Alexa Echo show things on my side table. I love it as it’s connected to my photo library and keeps popping up pictures and memories for me randomly.
This just popped up from 4 years ago. I think it was from an off piste wander I had around a west Norfolk woodland. I remember l loved the way the light was highlighting the lone, young silver birch who stood there proudly showing off. Had to share it for you

I'm calling this one The Brutal End as the conditions got the better of me after this. Driving rain and sub zero winds blowing straight down the Glen towards me. I literally stood here for 5 mins, fired off this shot and staggered back to the warmth of Gary's car! On the plus side we were next to a lovely hiking Inn with a great bar serving a lovely pint of IPA. We spent some time in there, after all we needed to dry out and warm up!

I finally got the camera out of the bag after about 6 months! Just returned from a great trip to the Highlands of Scotland. Weather was challenging but managed to grab a few images to remember the trip by. This was probably my favourite composition hence my first to edit and post.
