ක්‍රි.ව 1180 - 1182 දී පමණ ඉදි කරන ලදැයි සැලකෙන වසර 800 කටත් වඩා පැරණි ශාන්ත දාවිත් මුණිඳුන්ගේ දෙව් මැදුර,එක්සත් රාජධානියේ වේල්ස් රාජ්‍ය යේ බටහිර කොටසෙ පිහිටා තිබෙනවා.
මෙහි ඇති විශේෂත්වය නම් එක්සත් රාජධානියේ කුඩාම නගරය තුල මෙම දෙව්මැදුර පිහිටා තිබිමයි.
නෝමන් වරුන්ගේ ආගමනය සහ බ්‍රිතාන්‍ය ස්වදේශික ගෘහ නිර්මාණ ශිල්පයේ සම්මිශ්‍රණයක් ලෙස සංක්‍රාන්ති - නෝමන් ගෘහ නිර්මාණ ශිල්පය අනුව ගොඩ නඟා ඇති දෙව් මැදුරේ පූර්ව ගොතික් ගෘහ නිර්මාණ කලාවේ අභාශද ලැබී ඇති බව දැකගන්නට ලැබෙනවා.
වසරකට ලක්ෂ 3කට ආසන්න සංචාරකයන්ගෙ,බැතිමතුන්ගේ පැමිණීම සහ ඔවුන්ගේ ආධ්‍යාත්මය සුවපත් කරවන සංධිස්ථානයක් බවට සාන්ත දාවිත් මුණිඳුන් ගේ දෙව්මැඳුර - St. David Cathedral අතීතයේ සිට මේ දක්වා පත්වී තිබෙනවා.
