🔥Festival of Fire (Sat 9th Sept) important announcement 🔥
The location of the festival of fire has changed.
It is now all happening at the main festival site, Largs Bay.
The order and times of events have changed too.
It will start earlier, at 7.15pm at the putting green infront of Vikingar/across the road from the RNLI station, with a reenactment of the Battle of Largs, followed by a torch lit procession from there, along the main road, onto the promenade and back to the Village, where the burning of the longboat will take place. This will all end in a spectacular fireworks display over the beautiful backdrop of Largs Bay.
As all this is taking place at the main festival site, we will be keeping the market and entertainment open later.
**TICKETS**
Online early bird, discount tickets for the festival of fire are now available via our patreon page (£8ad, £3ch/conc & £20 fam).
General tickets will be available from Tues 1st Aug (£10ad, £5ch/conc, £25fam), via our website www.largsvikingfestival.co.uk
This ticket will entitle you to entry into the Battle area, for a closer view of the reenactment, participation in the torch lit procession and a closer view of the burning of the longboat.
