Finally the council have started their 52 week demolition plans for the oldest part of Ferguslie park that has seen years of neglect many were still sad to leave. The local community council chairperson lead be Terry McTernan was out with others to see what he called. The final plook on the face for Ferguslie being prep for demolition, where the last few hosing on the main avenue will be inspected and pulled down this week. The the entire place will be fenced off to prevent fires, fly tipping and vandalism that has plagued this once sought after and desirable place to live.

This building was gutted due to fire, vandalism and the elements slowly rotting it away due to years of neglect.

So to return to shoot the work in progress was strange to see new walls and the building being brought back to life.
