PROSPECTS (12 x 1hrs.)

The Sweeney, Minder, Widows, all made by Euston Films had a radical impact on the way television drama was produced. They called it ‘Cinema for Television’. Euston invited me to London to direct the photography on their next major co-production. It was called, ‘Prospects(12x1hr.) and would be Chanell 4’s biggest investment to-date.

An inspiring book by Mark Littlewood, from his childhood in Yorkshire to becoming one of the most respected filmmakers in Scotland and the UK. A very personal account of his life and career and the many obstacles he had to overcome. I found it very hard to put this book down.
