A quick jaunt onto the moor today (lots to do and not enough time to do it) ... because time was limited, I made my way to the West Okement River and took along another of my projector lenses for some experimenting. This is the area known as The Island of Rocks, just upriver from the little bridge near the weir ... somewhere I've neglected to visit for a while.

Gaffer tape, cardboard and a Hanimar 85mm projector lens (so no aperture and focussing by sliding the lens back and forth in it's cardboard sleeve 😍)

Raven over Tavy Cleave (Sharp Tor) - whilst we were relocating for our portrait shoot, this beauty made an appearance 💚

I said Crow, Jessica said Raven (we were quite a way from it and I didn't have a long lens) ... Jess was right (I zoomed in on some of the other shots and you can see it's a sturdier bird, curved beak) 💚📷

Actually Jessica had something in her eye, but it definitely looks like we know what we're doing here 🤣

At Tavy Cleave on Dartmoor in two dresses (the bottom is an old wedding dress cut in half and the top is a cheap internet purchase) 😍
