Emma and David’s wedding on Valentine’s Day this year just felt right from start to finish

There’s always something special about a February wedding, but these two made it their own in the best way. No over the top fuss, just genuine moments, a lot of laughter, and a room full of people who clearly mean everything to them

From the quiet moments in the morning through to the energy later on, it never felt forced. Just natural, relaxed, and full of feeling. The kind of day where you don’t need to stage anything because everything is already happening in front of you

Showing off some images from the International Women's Day Conference with Tracey Holland and Joanne Wharam
Both incredible in their field and their talks were amazing to listen to.
They kept the room engaged and thinking too.

From a photographers point of view... not an easy venue, mixed lighting, dull walls and windows only on one side, with a projector screen to make managing lighting that little more... fun,shall we say.

But its what I enjoy about events

I walk in, scout the room, change some settings, and do a test shot. From the back. from the sides, from the front. but in rooms like this, you have to then be able to remember the settings for each angle, adapt as you go and plan through the speakers... oh, and catch them at engaging moments.

And as a bonus, we did some headshots on location because they look way more "on the job" than a plain background would!

Sending you these little samples just made my weekend! Your wedding was sooooo amazing.

First wedding back in 2026 and... I nearly cried. The walk down the isle with their daughters voice opening the ceremony, was just adorable.

And I couldn't have done it without Memory Box Media and the AMAZING staff at Cockliffe Country House who not only make sure that their couples have the BEST day, but also work super well with me and Megan throughout.
