Treated myself to a Nikon D60 Digital SLR Camera.

I’m still a LONG way from understanding the various settings and the best options for different subjects, situations, events and lighting, but there are a lot of really helpful websites I’ve been looking at, which break down different situations and the best settings to use the get the most from the lighting and subjects (whether still or moving etc).

Whilst there are newer and subjectively better SLR cameras out there, I love the way that photos come out on these older models.

The camera will be accompanying me most places from now on, so that I can get lots of practice in and get experience on using the various options and settings.

I’m not even close to being a ‘good’ photographer, but I enjoy doing it and it’s fun to look at the world from a different angle sometimes and notice the small details in things 👍🏻
