Well what a wedding that was, three years in the making (for obvious reasons) and it certainly didn't disappoint!

A little cheeky sneak preview here from the most wonderful day (and night) I was blessed to be a part of. Pure joy and love from start to finish. This was one of those weddings I felt truly a part of rather than just photographing; such a testament to both Jon and Sophie.

Landscape photography can often mean early starts and long days; always chasing the best light. This doesn’t guarantee the effort will pay off but just sometimes the elements come together nicely.

I took this photo in Whitby last week whilst spending time in the North York Moors. Fabulous sunrise and great place to visit and I will certainly be heading there again!

Back home after a wonderful week in Scotland, it would seem I have brought the weather with me. It’s been on my list to photograph the Fairy Pools on the Isle of Skye for some time now and the conditions did not disappoint.

This image captured a little further downstream from arguably the most iconic view point. What a moody and dramatic day it was!

With a very windy Saturday in Stratford-upon-Avon it was certainly a test to keep the beautiful bride Olinda Nobrega 's hair in one piece for the photos! Luckily with a stunning venue such as Riverside Stratford Bar & Restaurant, Tiddington Road turning the photography to more of an 'inside' shoot worked well. Congratulations and a big thank you to the happy couple Chris and Olinda . A wonderful day had by all xx
