Some places are best photographed exactly as they’re meant to be experienced - around a table, with good food arriving, glasses being raised and everyone reaching in for one more bite.

A great evening at The Seafood Guy, discovering their Hong Kong-inspired dishes, sharing plates and photographing the little moments in between.

From scallops and dim sum to colourful drinks, and a table that very quickly became beautifully chaotic — this was less about perfectly styled food and more about capturing what it actually feels like to be and eat there.

Delicious food, good company, and plenty to photograph. A must go in Nottingham🥢✨

Something unusual happened in Portugal that evening. For a little while, people stopped what they were doing, gathered by the river, put on funny glasses and looked up.

There was excitement, curiosity, strangers pointing out as we watched the light change.

I had arrived in Portugal the day before and eclipse glasses were sold out everywhere. But people are still kind. Complete strangers took turns sharing theirs with me, making sure I could experience it too. 🥹

And then there was the light… that strange, warm, almost unreal glow over the Tejo, as if sunset had arrived before its time.

I went looking for the eclipse, but found myself just as fascinated by everyone experiencing it.
A few fragments from an evening when the sky gave us all a reason to stop and look up. ✨

Tenerife, you surprised me.

I knew about the sunshine and the beaches — and yes, some of those beaches really are dreamy. But I wasn’t expecting an island of so many contrasts.

Black volcanic sand and turquoise water. Barren, almost otherworldly (Mars?) landscapes and valleys overflowing with palms. Cacti everywhere. Colourful towns, dramatic mountains, winding roads and skies softened by the Calima.

Tenerife somehow feels dry and tropical, rugged and beautiful, busy and completely wild — sometimes all within the same day.

I went expecting a holiday island. I came home feeling like I’d only seen a tiny part of it. So I’ll definitely want to comeback 🌴🌋❤️

Instagram says: faster reels, quicker cuts, hectic pace.

I say no.

Pay attention. Slow down. Live the moment.

The internet rushes; my films invite people to stay.

To notice the light, the movement, the laughter, the small details that make a place feel like somewhere worth being.

Enjoying the moment at the usual place, ✨🫖

The quiet art of taking your time. 🫖

There’s something special about finding a corner in the city where the rest of the world just slows down. A place where you can watch the light move across a wooden table, steam rising from a fresh pour of tea, and genuinely just *be*.

I believe that the best hospitality spaces don’t just serve food and drink, they give us a reason to pause, read a few chapters of a book, share a laugh, or just look out the window for a while.

When was the last time you truly let yourself slow down during a busy afternoon?

Slow days in Portugal.

No itinerary. No rush.
Just long lunches, endless sunsets, coffee by the sea, warm sand and the kind of moments that make time slow down for a while.

Sometimes the best memories aren’t the big adventures.
They’re simply the feeling of being somewhere beautiful and slow down.

Wherever I go, I’m drawn to places with soul.

Spaces where every detail has been considered. Where light, textures and design come together to create a feeling, rather than simply a beautiful room.

Maybe that’s why hospitality photography feels so natural to me.

I’m not just documenting spaces. I’m trying to capture what it feels like to be there.

I arrived expecting yoga.
What I found was something much bigger.
Hundreds of people moving, breathing, laughing and sharing the same space beneath some of the most dramatic skies I’ve seen in a long time.

There was something incredibly powerful about it.
Not because of the poses.
Because of the energy.
A reminder that sometimes the things we need most are simple: movement, connection, nature and a moment to pause.

One of my favourite things about Nottingham is discovering people creating something a little different.

This weekend, that meant an afternoon of tea tasting, iced tea lollies (made from real tea!), sparkling tea spritzes and a room full of curious people gathered around a table at Biscuit & Brew.

A small event, a lovely atmosphere, and one of those moments that makes a city feel like a community. ✨
