Yes! Believe it or not we actually have quite a small studio!

You don’t need a huge space to work in all the time and if you are a new photographer we encourage you to use the spaces you have to experiment - look at what you can achieve, depth, texture, movement and angles that make it feel like a huge set!

Chromatic with

This event played with colours, contrasting, complimenting and palettes. The outfits were super fun to create - even my first pair of trousers!

4 different sets during the day - we love putting such different looks and vibes together each set makes it feel like a completely different shoot so although you’re with us for the full day, it’ll never just be the same background different dress!

Honestly seeing what you create out our events is so exciting!

When we put our concepts and designs together there are so many elements we think about, angles, light, fabrics, garments and even music to get the right vibe!

I’ve been reflecting back on some of the outfits I’ve made for our styled events over the last couple of years and this particular dress absolutely has to be one of my favourites… maybe even ever!

I just love the mixtures of tones, shades and textures!
It’s both fantasy fairytale with a little bit of clean editorial….

In the clouds!

A mix of painterly fantasy and ancient cultural influence, as soon as the concept was created it needed wings.

These were custom made us, at the time when Lauren wasn’t making or designing the wardrobe, but they were worth the investment!

We genuinely believe that if you’re going to put together a concept you go all in - and as the video suggests - Lauren did indeed insist and .modelling did spend the whole day in fantasy heaven! 🕊️

One of our first big sets created was the ice cave… we just wanted to share a little snippet of how it all came together. Since then we have continued to push and create sets that’s inspire and become part of the image not just a background.

Every Studio Luminescence experience begins with an idea.

We gather inspiration, experiment with colour, texture and atmosphere, then begin building each set by hand. Every fabric, garment and lighting choice is carefully considered to create an immersive environment that photographers can truly interact with.

What begins as a collection of ideas becomes a space to explore, create and tell stories through photography.
