Week 3- Chest and Arm Massage

Chest massage is such a lovely way to bond with your baby and it's fab for this time of year when those pesky colds are still hanging about. It helps to clear congestion, aid breathing and promote overall relaxation.

Massaging babies arms helps to strengthen muscles and joints, build muscle tone and improve circulation.

Lulu Baby Massage & Glow!

The perfect class if you've completed a baby massage course and would like a recap.

You'll be guided through a massage routine for your baby, week 1 will focus on legs, feet and tummy and week 2 will focus on chests arms, face and back.

The room will be filled with sensory lights for a really calming experience for you and your baby.

Our weigh and measure station will be available with a keepsake, and as always, refreshments will be included.

Book one session for £9 or both for £16.

It's been a while since I last did one of these (and there's a few more of you too!!)

I'm Lucy and I'm the face behind lulu baby.

I am mummy to 4 year old Noah and 1 year old Eddison.

I started my little biz back in 2021 during my maternity leave with my first little boy Noah. Noah gave us a bit of a shock and arrived 7 weeks early. After a scary month in NICU during covid I felt so nervous to get out to meet other parents but once I eventually did it helped me massively.

We went along to a baby massage course and absolutely fell in love with it. It gave me the chance to bond with Noah after spending so long apart and it helped me to feel much less alone. I remember thinking how much I wished we had more chance to chat at the end of class (i didn't have the confidence to arrange a play date at that point) and that's where the idea for lulu baby sprang from.

Back then there were no baby massage courses in norwich offering massage and sensory with a chance to chat and have a hot drink at the end, so I took a leap of faith and started my training. (Something I still can't quite believe I did)

Nearly 4 years on I now run baby massage, baby yoga and music classes, sensory classes and birthday parties and I absolutely love it.

My aim has always been to create a safe and welcoming space for all parents to be able to connect with their little ones and other parents. We're a neurodiverse family so inclusion is very important to me and all families are welcome at my classes.

I can't thank you all enough for the support you've shown me over the last 4 years. Having parents coming back with their second babies is honestly the biggest compliment ever and I'm so excited to meet more new parents and babies this year ❤️

When: Tuesday 29th April-Tuesday 3rd June (We've skip a week on Tuesday 21st May) 10-11am

Where: Horsford Church Room

How much: £55 for a 5 week course (£45 if you've done a course with me before) Both parents welcome to attend. No additional charge for twins

What’s included: learn new strokes each week to help with relaxation, sleep, teething pain, tummy issues and so much more. A bottle of organic massage oil to use in class and at home, a baby massage guidebook, a goody bag with local business offers, sensory toys and a ‘mama’ bracelet, sensory play, hand and footprint crafts, weigh station and keepsake making, a profesional photoshoot during one week of the course, a graduation class with certificate and refreshments each week.
