And that's our train coming in to Alnmouth to take us back south!
What a fantastic day we've had all round and the customers seem to be really happy all round too!
Now with 57306 taking the helm after 57310 done us proud northwards.

A huge thank you to everyone at GB Railfreight for providing your staff and locos for our tour today.
Of course with thanks to Eastern Rail Services for the coaching stock on today's tour.

But most of all, a massive thank you to Liz and the entire UK Railtours for everything today.

May 25th 2026 - Brands Britannia

A prestigious event held at Brands Hatch circuit in Kent, celebrating the rich automotive history of Great Britain.
From cars out on the track, racing away, to show cars on display for all to see.

Arriva UK Bus were at the event as well, with 5 service vehicles and a preserved vehicle, part of The Southern Counties Preserved Collection.

For a vast majority of the day, the team had their vehicles on display before being allowed out on track for the parade lap with other motorists.
It was quite the spectacle, to say the least, seeing the single-deckers out on track (in fact, the only bus company in attendance to go out on track at the end of the day).

We were also granted permission for a brief photoshoot after the parade laps were completed, to which we cannot thank the events team at Brands Hatch enough!
