Yes, you guessed it. More Peugeots.

I owned a Peugeot 106 for about 6 months. I picked it up for when I'd settled back into life living in the UK. I typically traded it in a bought myself something newer and fancier. Having never owned a nice new car and always feeling embarrassed of the 'old bangers' I was used to, I wanted to treat myself. I guess I felt that if I owned something newer and more stylish I might feel better about myself, at the expense sadly of my 106.

Looking back I ultimately regret selling it. I loved its simplicity, lack of bells and whistles and ultimately the character of it. Seeing these out on the roads nowadays is a rarity, but when I do, I tip my hat at one of my favourite french hatchbacks.

One day, when perhaps money isn't such a scarcity, I will again own another Peugeot 106. But for now, I embrace the nostalgia I feel when attending the amazing stage rally events.
