The scaffold has now been removed from the top of Tynemouth Pier, lets hope it can be opened soon, it is a great stroll and always plenty to see - these photos were all taken in one day, Fishing Club, South Shields Fishing, Super Yacht, Tynemouth Rowing Club etc. etc.

Strange morning, very cloudy when first out, then the clouds just dissolved. Originally decided Saint Mary's Lighthouse was the destination. Then followed a double-decker bus into the car park at 3:45 where around 100 teenage girls departed.
I wanted peace and tranquillity so moved up the coast to Blyth.
Based on how the weather unfolded 100% the right choice.
