Yesterday was gallery delivery day for Catriona and Craig. This lovely couple tied the knot at the always beautiful Ardoch Loch Lomond - Event Venue ! Annie Cullinane, the manager at Ardoch, and her team pulled out all the stops again and made this a perfect experience for the couple and their guests. The rain on the day just added to the atmosphere of this amazing place with its spectacular views across Loch Lomond. And the cows in the neighboring field were a cause for much hilarity! What a superb day with this wonderful couple, as well as their families and friends! Heartfelt congratulations to Catriona Kerr and Craig Kerr !

Some sneak previews from Kirsty Ross and Stuart’s wedding reception at the fabulous Kelburn Castle & Estate where they celebrated with their close family and friends, enjoyed Aperol Spritz on tap, delicious tacos by El Dorado Taqueria freshly made pizza and some legendary tunes! What a party!

The other day I delivered the wedding gallery for Alice and Kyle, who tied the knot in style at Alice’s parents’ farm in Lockerbie. Being a show jumper and generally mad about horses Alice decided ride on horseback to the field where her and Kyle would jump the broom in a brilliant humanist ceremony conducted by the inimitable Lindsey Humanist Celebrant Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 ! The day was just absolutely fabulous with fantastic food great speeches, and some couple photos in the fields where Alice usually takes the horses. Congratulations to this amazing couple! ❤️

Massive congratulations to Diane and Douglas, who tied the knot at the always beautiful Weddings and Events at Cottiers in the West End of Glasgow! What a lovely day it was, with a few well known faces amongst the guests! We managed to work around a couple of rain showers and take some spectacular photos around the West End! A fantastic day for a really lovely couple!

Happy first anniversary to the Rossboroughs! I can’t believe it’s already a year since Sarah and Scott tied the knot at the beautiful Auchen Castle - Wedding Venue which is an incredible venue in the first place but also has welcomed the Beatles back in the 1960s!
Sarah’s and Scott’s wedding was so much fun from the beautiful ceremony inside the beautiful castle to confetti in the stunning gardens, to a couple shoot on the rooftop and bhangra tunes in the evening! Happy anniversary to this lovely couple!

Happy second anniversary to Allison and Greg! I cannot believe that it’s already two years since this lovely couple tied the knot at Weddings and Events at Cottiers in Glasgow’s West End! Such an amazing day with lots of laughter and great music! I was very lucky to be able to catch up with Allison and Greg last summer in their beautiful hometown of St. John’s, Newfoundland! Just over a year ago Georgia and Karl Erik made their vows to each other in the elegant surroundings of the spectacular Council Chamber at City Chambers Events in Edinburgh! I meant to put out an anniversary post on here, but unfortunately I was traveling that day. Their wedding was nothing short of spectacular. A gloriously sunny day in Edinburgh, with many references to Karl Erik’s Norwegian heritage and some beautifully personal moments at a very specific memorial bench in Princess Street Gardens. Georgia looked stunning in her elegant wedding dress and Karl Erik looked very dapper in his kilt. The reception was held at the sumptuous Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town, where we also had access to their beautiful private gardens for some of the couple photos. Georgia’s and Karl Erik’s wedding was just perfect and is a fantastic example why so many people choose to get married in Scotland! Happy first anniversary to this wonderful couple!

Happy first anniversary to Heather and Matthew, who quite literally tied the knot last summer at one of my favourite venues in Scotland: Ardoch Loch Lomond - Event Venue ! I totally get it why Heather and Matthew were completely blown away with the venue the first time they visited. With its breathtaking views across Loch Lomond this place perfectly encapsulates their love for the Scottish countryside.
And best of all, we managed to capture a break in the rain showers on the day, which meant that they could have an outdoor ceremony conducted in a lovely manner by the Allan Kidd Humanist Celebrant !
