I saw a recipe to make a sweet potato and chocolate dessert, which I thought looked interesting.
I had a sweet potato in the fridge for a few days and I was desperate to try it. I landed up just grabbing some chocolate without looking at the recipe ingredients and just decided to go ahead regardless.
I steamed the sweet potato till soft and mashed it. I melted the chocolate in a glass dish and then added the sweet potato. Mixed together and then placed in the fridge for a few hours to harden.
Wow. This is the best chocolate mousse I have tried. It might be because of the chocolate I bought - Green and blacks organic 70% dark chocolate. But, it's worth it.
