Angela & Mike
First meeting at 14 years, old in a hair studio in Manchester.
Mike had gone in for a short back and sides. A young beautiful auburn haired sweepstress (Angela) dressed in black, came over to run her fingers through his hair while washing it. How could he not start to fall in love?
This went on for months, before Mike had to change salons and thought he had lost his auburn princess forever?
But fate had other ideas...
They were to meet again in the late 90's at the Discotheque Royale, Manchester. Mike was tapped a few times on the shoulder before finally turning around to be greeted with the older, even more beautiful Angela. He'd never heard her speak before and for the first time he got to hear her sweet voice. What did she say to him?
"Are you Margaret Bishop's son" 😄
He ditched his friends and they chose to get to know one another. Taking her number but forgetting her name 🤦♀️It didn't matter. All was instantly forgiven and they went on to create a whirlwind of memories, two beautiful children and onto finally marrying at this stunning private location in Wales , Llanidloes. With 30 of their closest nearest and dearest to celebrate a love meant to last.
It was a wonderfully cosy, intimate day - a celebration not just of a wedding, but of a lifetime of almosts, reunions and choosing each other again and again.
