Hi all,

Sharing my little morning meditation. Consciously copying a paragraph written by David Whyte. It guides me into a state of connecting with the body, the now, what's right here. To go deeper and closer to myself beyond the awareness obscured by anxious thought. Letting my awareness settle, and reminding me of the unconscious habitualisation of rushing ahead. To think forwardly into the future is important, to dream of abundance and possibilities, but our light also needs to have focus on where we're at right now, so we can start moving into the future with all of ourselves. With kindness, compassion and understanding. The integrated self in motion is a most powerful and empowering thing.

Hand-made beetle jewellery stand I made.

Beetles are hand carved from wood, their horns made from metal coat hanging hooks, legs made from bent nails, all fixed to a branch of oak hardwood and finally stood on the base plate of an antique toilet roll stand. Beetles are painted with enamel paints.

Standard sized banana for scale.
